Three levels of support
From sales to agreed operations
The owner may retain local operations or agree a wider scope. Full operations are not automatically available at every location.
Rental with administration
Alongside sales, agreed guest registration, invoices, records and documentation support can be included.
Full management
The widest available scope can include guest support, cleaning, linen, maintenance coordination and reporting, subject to location and agreement.
The owner remains in control
Cooperation does not change ownership or business decisions
The owner confirms agreed prices and rules, private dates, major costs and work outside the regular scope. Elaris proposes and carries out the agreed activities.
